While disinfectants are effective on non-porous surfaces, Our anti-microbial microfiber towel eliminates pathogens on the porous cleaning cloth. No more folding and re-folding to control cross-contamination, or frequently changing cleaning cloths.
Unlike other anti-microbial microfiber, our treatment works as a physical reaction, not a chemical one. Why is this important?
Other anti-microbial treatments have a chemical reaction that is released from the product and allows micro-organisms to build up a tolerance ... thereby enabling them to become immune to the treatment and rendering the product ineffective.
A simple explanation of our anti-microbial microfiber towel is comparing the physical reaction to a piercing and electrocution of micro-organisms. Imagine our microfiber fibers having millions and millions of tiny swords covalently bonded to them. These swords pierce the micro-organisms as they come in contact with the surface of the product.
 The micro-organism is then drawn down by the negative charge of the "sword" and with the positive charge of a nitrogen atom, it is electrocuted.
There is never a chance for survival. And ... there is never a chance to build-up a tolerance.
Our anti-microbial microfiber towel can be laundered up to 500 times (no fabric softener) without losing its effectiveness. Using a cleaner or disinfectant in conjunction with our anti-microbial microfiber towel does not impact its efficacy.
